🐾 Meet Layla (formerly Hartley) – Your Shadow, Snuggle Buddy & Snow-Loving Best Friend! 🐾
Layla is what we lovingly call a certified velcro dog — if you’re looking for a loyal companion who will stick by your side through thick and thin, she’s your girl. She absolutely loves her people and will happily curl up next to you at night for the coziest sleep ever.
This smart, affectionate girl already knows how to sit, give her paw (which she offers very proudly!), and has good recall. She’s incredibly intelligent, good on a leash, and very food-motivated, making her a dream to continue training.
She’s crate trained, rarely barks, and will politely whine, sit by the door, or touch the doorknob with her nose when she needs to go outside — what a good girl!
Layla has a fun, playful side, too! She loves:
🎾 Chasing her ball
❄️ Running and digging in the snow
🐾 Giving her paw (over and over again if you let her!) 🐾 Going on walks (or runs!)
She’s medium-to-high energy, so she’d thrive with an active person or family who enjoys walks, playtime, and outdoor adventures. However, she’s more than happy to go at your pace, as long as she’s by your side. After she’s burned off some energy, she’s more than happy to snuggle up beside you and relax.
Bonus: Layla is good with cats and is very respectful in the home.
She’s the perfect mix of playful, affectionate, and smart. All she’s missing is a forever family to call her own. 💕
